500 g de morangos
1 lata de leite condensado
400 ml de natas
6 folhas de gelatina incolor

Puré de Morangos
200 ml Natas
Confecção
Lavar os morangos, tirar o pé e com a varinha mágica reduzir a puré. Adicionar o leite condensado e misturar muito bem. Bater as natas em chantilly . Entretanto, demolhar as folhas de gelatina em água fria . Misturar o puré de fruta ao chantilly e continuar a bater. Escorrer a gelatina e levar ao microondas durante 10s na potência máxima. Misturar a gelatina ao preparado anterior e bater rapidamente para incorporar. Levar ao frigorífico durante pelo menos 3 horas antes de servir.Antes de servir bater as natas e deitar colheradas por cima da mousse acrescentando o puré de morangos.

Take to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving. Before serving, beat the cream and pour spoonfuls on top of the mousse adding pureed strawberries.
