This is a recipe often made here at home is so normal that only now I noticed that it wasn´t on blog. The Teddys love it and they eat a full plate, love to smash into a puree...Teddys stuffs!
Ingredients
Beef meat diced
Chopped Onion
Chopped Garlic
Can diced Tomatoes
Carrots
Chopped Parsley
Bay Leaf
Olive Oil
Salt
Making
To make this recipe I use the the Pressure Cooker. Add the olive oil with onion, garlic, bay leaves, parsley and bring to medium heat until golden. Stir the meat and fry a little stirring frequently.Peel the carrots and cut them into halves thicker. If small should use them whole. Do not cut the carrots into very small pieces because they will dissolve during cooking.Add the carrots, tomatoes, peas and stir. Leave sautéing well, add enough water and season with salt. Close the pan and let boil 35 minutes. Let out the steam and open, check if you have enough water and add the potatoes and season again with salt. Let the potatoes cook in high heat and when they are cooked and the sauce is tasteful turn it off and serve with salad or rice.
