Bolo de Laranja e Amêndoas /Orange and Almond Cake


O ursinho do meio queria fazer um bolo de laranja ,mas já tinha duas receitas e não queria estar a repetir por isso andei a pesquisar e vi o que tinha na despensa e saiu esta maravilha ...desculpem mas eu não consigo dizer que está bom porque ficou maravilhoso!Ficou um bolo muito húmido com um sabor fantástico a laranja e amêndoa...simplesmente delicioso!

Ingredientes 
2 Laranjas grosseiramente picadas (com a casca)
6 Ovos, com a gema separada da clara
200 g de açúcar
1 Colher de chá de Canela
225 g de Amêndoas picadas quase farinha
1 colher de sopa de Fermento em Pó
1 Pacote de Natas

Confecção
Ponha as laranjas picadas numa panela pequena, descartando os caroços. Acrescente 4 colheres de sopa de água, tape e cozinhe em lume brando por 30 minutos ou até as laranjas ficarem macias e o excesso de líquido ter evaporado. Deixe arrefecer.Pré aqueça o forno a 170°C. Forre com papel-manteiga o fundo e os lados de uma forma. Pique bem as laranjas no liquidificador e reserve.Coloque as claras numa tigela grande e bata bem até ficarem em castelo, com a batedeira na velocidade mínima  adicione as gemas com cuidado e continue a misturar . Agora adicione o açúcar e a canela, e continue a bater ,junte a farinha de amêndoa á qual juntou o fermento e bata até  se misturar tudo,junte as natas e finalmente junte o creme das laranjas e bata .Deite a massa na forma e leve ao forno por uns 45 minutos. Verifique o bolo depois de 20 minutos e novamente aos 30 minutos, cubra-o com papel-alumínio se estiver a escurecer muito rapidamente.Deixe arrefecer um pouco na forma e depois desenforme, retire o papel e transfira o bolo para um prato apropriado.

The teddy bear wanted to make an orange cake ,but i already had two recipes and did not want to be repeating , so I googled and I saw what I had in the pantry and came out this marvel...sorry but I cant say that its good because it stayed wonderful!It becomes a very moist cake with a fantastic taste orange and almond ...is simply delicious!

Ingredients
 2 Oranges roughly chopped(with peel)
6 Eggs with the yolk separated from the clear
200 g Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
225 g Chopped Almonds into flour
1 tablespoon of Baking Powder
1 Pack Cream

Making
Put the chopped oranges in a small saucepan, discarding the pits. Add 4 tablespoons of water, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until oranges are tender and excess liquid has evaporated .Leave to cool .Préheat the oven to 170 ° C. Line with baking paper the bottom and sides of a form. Finely chop the oranges into a blender and reserve.Place the egg whites in a large bowl and beat until well stand in peaks, with the mixer on low speed add the egg yolks carefully and continue mixing . Now add the sugar and cinnamon, and continue beating, add the almond flour which shall gathered baking powder and whisk to mix everything up, add the cream and finally  add the oranges cream and blend . Pour the mixture into the form and bake for about 45 minutes. Check the cake after 20 minutes and again at 30 minutes, cover with foil if it is getting dark very quickly.Let cool slightly in th form and then unmold, remove the paper and transfer the cake to a platter .
