Pré-aqueça o forno a 170˚C. Numa frigideira com azeite e margarina refogar a cebola ,o bacon, o chouriço e os coentros.Deixar o bacon e o chouriço começarem a dar sabor ao refogado e apagar o lume.Descascar e cortar as batatas em fatias finas para um pirex e deitar por cima o refogado . Dissolver as natas com o leite e temperar com sal ,pimenta e oregãos.Deitar por cima das batatas,fazendo com que tudo entre bem. Polvilhar com queijo, Levar ao forno cerca de 1h /1h30. Servir bem quente.

Bacon or Smoked Head chopped
Chorizo chopped
Chopped Onion
Coriander
Olive Oil / Margarine
Potatoes
Cream
Grated Cheese
Milk
Salt / Pepper / Oregano
Making
Preheat the oven to 170 ˚ C. In a frying pan sauté the onion, bacon, chorizo and coriander in a little olive oil and margarine. Leave the bacon and chorizo begin to flavor the sautéed and put the fire out. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices to a baking dish and pour on top the sautéed. Dissolve the cream with the milk and season with salt, pepper and oregano.Pour over the potatoes, making everything in between as well. Sprinkle with cheese, Bake about 1 hour 1hour 30. Serve hot
*If you verify that is browning too fast ,cover with aluminum foil.
