Arroz de Linguas de Bacalhau / Cod Tongue Rice


Adoro arroz com caldo...não sou de arroz seco...este arroz estava uma maravilha ,o sabor das línguas tão delicadas com o contraste do camarão e as ameijoas ficou divinal...pede coentros ....muitossss!!

Ingredientes
Línguas de bacalhau
Pimento vermelho picado ou em tiras
Cebola grande picada
Alhos picados
 louro
 Azeite
 Arroz
 Tomates maduros ou de lata picados
Camarões sem casca
Ameijoas
 Coentros picados
 Vinho branco

Confecção
Ponha as línguas de bacalhau a demolharem de um dia para o outro mudando a água 3 a 4 vezes.  Leve um tacho ao lume com o azeite, cebola, alhos,o louro, os coentros e o pimento a refogar, mexendo de vez em quando. Assim que a cebola estiver loura, junte o tomate , o vinho e deixe refogar cerca de 3 minutos . De seguida junte o arroz e deixe fritar um pouco mexendo bem.Acrescente água e tempere de sal e pimenta  e deixe cozer cerca de 8 minutos , antes de acabar a cozedura junte as línguas de bacalhau  ,os camarões e as ameijoas ,mexa e deixe terminar de cozer ,este arroz deve ficar caldoso . Sirva polvilhado com um pouco de coentros picados.

Tongues ​​cod

white wine



Making
Put the tongues cod a soaking overnight changing the water 3 to 4 times. Place a pan on the stove with olive oil, onion, garlic, bay leaves, coriander and pepper to sauté, stirring occasionally. Once the onion is blond, add the tomatoes, wine and let it cook for about 3 minutes. Then add the rice and  fry a little stirring well. Add water and season with salt and pepper and cook about 8 minutes before end of cooking add the tongues ​​of cod, shrimp and clams, stir and finish cooking, the rice should stick with broth. Serve sprinkled with a little chopped coriander.
